I'm pretty sure that everyone just wants to see pictures, so here are a TON. Alice is five weeks old now and we've been having a wonderful time together. In the past couple of weeks we've had lots of out of town guests including Grandpa and Grandma Kate and Aunt Ellen. It's been so much fun having everyone visit and get to know Alice. Alice has been smiling a lot, cooing, and is lifting her head when she does tummy time. With the second baby it's easy to forget how important all of these milestones are so we're making sure each one is duly noted...this time I'll try to keep up with the baby book (and maybe even finish Caleb's before going back to work).
Here is Alice with the beautiful quilt made by Grandma Kate.

And licking the condensation off the window.

Caleb reading in bed. His new favorite book is Green Eggs and Ham, or "Ham" as he calls it. He believes that cousin Sam is the actual Sam I Am...which who's to say he isn't.
And here is Aunt Ellen (Sam I Am's mom) with Alice.
Alice lounging on Aunt Ellen's tummy...getting in tune with her soon to be sister-cousin. Hello in there baby!
Cute leggings!
So sleepy.
